Off the top of my head, I'm not sure you can. I've not looked at this area for a long time, but I recall is was designed to be decimal values not integers. I understand this is probably not the best way to display weight, but it's all we have at the moment.
If this is the front office and you really need to display it as an integer, you could try and use some jQuery in the template to format the weight into a integer.
