I think I went thru 6 or 7 different stores for DNN (both payed and free versions) before I ended up with NBS.
The main reason was because NBS offered all the needed features, supported B2B and not least, it has a very good and user friendly backoffice.
Most other stores I tried had a messy backoffice, which made administration very difficult and also most of them lacked the B2B features.
That said, NBS isn't perfect, but it was the very best solution among those I tried, even though one of them were a $300 solution.
I seem to recall that the be4st among those others I tried, it was the lack of B2B features that disqualified it for me.
It all boils down to what it is exactly u need the store to do, once you have that layed out, just try different solutions and see which offers the most of what u need. :-)
