Have you worked out a fix for this.
I get it about 1 in 10 orders still.
Seems to be related to DNN login module and when customer comes back from DPS they get an error.
Initially I thought getting them to click the Set as Default Settings checkbox when entering the address details was a work around, but have had some crash where they say they have checked it.
It mostly happens on www.goldrushtechnology.com.au but occasionally I get it on www.vipre.com.au
