Come to think of it, didnt they "fix" this in the 2.3.3 release?
2.3.3 appears to have been replaced by the 2.3.4 in the downloads section, so i cant find and link the release notes, but i seem to recall that they enabled the possibility to have 0 cost shipping methods display, in order to make it possible to have things
like "Local pickup"?
