My understanding is that when nb_store cannot calculate a shipping cost for a given cart, a message prompting users to "contact us" for special delivery is displayed. (on the cart page?)
I have a store using a single shipping method using the "by weight" ranges only.
When a cart weight is outside my defined shipping ranges, the applied shipping is shown as $0.00 instead of displaying any message.
Am I missing something?
(Also, is this message's text editable in some template?)
