New Post: Admin - Products - Pages of products - sort and specify number per page?

Hi again guys,

Im inserting a whole bunch of products into a new store (alot of it copies of previous products) and am going across pages - its getting tedious clicking "necxt page" to find the product, duplicate it, then click next page again to find the copy and edit it..

Is there a way to 1. sort the products in the admin to be the newest added to be at the top? and 2. is there a way to specify the number of records per page? ie. show them all?
