New Post: Downloads tab visibility

We're using NBStore to sell downloadable items
We have several tabs in our product details page, download tab being one of them
Our oder email uses basicly the default template, in which there is a link to each product's product detail page and the sentence:

• If applicable, product downloads will appear on their respective product pages upon receipt of payment.
  

However, several of our customers have complained in one way or another that on buying they can't find the download

I believe they never take the trouble of looking at the tabs even before buying, and just look at the main area, with the images and small description and price and buy button and whatnot, never bothering with the tabs below that.
And when they get the mail, they click the link, find themselfs in the product details page and see no download links.

Besides making the download tab the first one - which would look awfull in my opinion - would there be any way to make the downloads area stand out somehow?
