New Post: Use taxapplies list for tax per county within US state?

Hello,

I'm reading through to documentation and discussions and I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to create a "taxapplies" list to use for county tax rate within a state. In Ohio we need to charge different tax rates based on the county the user is buying from.

Is it possible to create a "taxapplies" list and a "country" list and manipulate the info to apply tax based on a selected county if the user's regions is Ohio without changing the source code?
