New Post: Is there an option to set the backoffice notification emails (eg. order email) to specific language?

Thank you for your response. - Unfortunately it does not fix my problem.
Yes I am aware of these settings. The email text labels are all in the desired language, but the product names are not.
eg.:

• Customer orders in French: Order Confirmation is sent out with french template and french product names
• Backoffice is set to English: Order is sent out in english with french product names
  

You can see the same behaviour when switching ui language on an order detail in backoffice...
