Looks like all URLs are correct. And I can access them directly by typing.

When you click on any of the top menu buttons does the url change at all??

URL does change. But after click, it goes to default submenu item but it doesnt correctly display all submenu. It looks like submenu just not refreshing.
It is always 'Dashboard | Reports'.
