Hi Rob,

thanks a lot; it is not much, but at least I have some guidance and areas to 'hack' ;-)

Disabling prices is already a good step in the right direction. One thing I am struggling with remains the 3rd step, payment (which I can rename to 'confirm' or something): I have disabled showing the manual payment, but then I have no way to get to step 4 (complete), the only buttons are back and cancel order. What would you do to add a simple go or done button to proceed to complete?
