New Post: How to remove Shipping State Prompt on page 1 of checkout

Hello,

I remember at some point making a change to a template perhaps that resulting in showing a Shipping State drop down on the first page of the checkout process. I presume this is to make shipping charges to apply to the cart totals on this page if selected. I do free shipping so I would like to remove this...but can't remember how.

Any pointers?
