Sorry you got lost in the holiday email traffic, but my guess here is that the autorise.net gateway is picking up the wrong amounts. Oliver Hine created this gateway back in version 1 of the store, so I wonder if it's not getting the correct stuff now??
have a look at the code see if you can find any issue. I suggest you compare it to one of the latest gateways created https://nbstorecmcic.codeplex.com/ Although I remember that the Autorise.Net works slightly different with you needing to created a seprate page for the return, but the sending code should be much the same.
Ideally I suppose this gateway should have it's own codeplex project, which is what I do now when new gateways are created.
