It works fine.
Just to let you know what I did please note following and let me know if it is OK:

after i have imported my previous settings which that flickering button appears, i just find the file ManagerMenuDefault.xml file from the install package and just import the settings and template you had mentioned above. and it works fine while all of my email templates and other settings are just OK.

Do you think if this way is OK?

Any words on returning light box? Actually in my eyes NB_store prev. them was much more nicer than current one. can we get it back somehow without facing that flickering button?
