Yes installed and activated.
Language flags shown only when login as admin...
maybe because haven't press localized contenr button on language page under admin. Previous time duplicates nbstore page and had to redo everything...can i send you admin login?

I do not see a second language available to choose on your site.
Did you installed a second language in dnn->admin?
Does your skin support morenlanguages?
