I don't have much experience with DNN localization, but from what Sergey says I tend to agree. You need to separate NB_Store from the DNN Localization, but I honestly don't know if you'll get 100% results. Like I said before I don't use DNN Localization and I tend to use only modules which are localizable.
You could try Apollo localization, I know it's not supported fully now, but Sacha is keeping it updated for DNN6.
The other alternative is to simply hide the breadcrumb with the option in the category menu. If you must keep it, then first I would try creating a single neutral page like Sergey suggestion, the other fall back is to start a fresh install without DNN localization and the use something like Apollo!
I think the bottom line is the problem is not with NB_Store, but the DNN Localization in DNN6, so there is not much that can be done, it'll need working around!
