Jure, I've been in and had a look at the site.
The smooth login is working as expected, but note that it might not serve your needs without further work. Smooth login was designed to take the buyer straight to a login box and then to the address collector, skipping the store's normal registration/login page (login.text).
To demonstrate it, go into the checkout module settings and put a check in "Hide Login Page" and in "Smooth login" then update.
Now sign out, add something to basket, go to checkout. when you continue through the checkout, it will display a DNN login box. Sign in and it will drop you onto the checkout address page. That's the intended functionality.
To extend this.. because the DNN login page can be defined in the DNN site settings, it is possible to make the smooth login feature direct to a custom page that you create with a login module and any other modules and/or a registration form on it.
