I'd like to know if anyone is getting this issue/knows a solution
for some time now, almost every order i get (payment through paypal) will get either a payment not confirmed mail, or on rarest ocasions both a payment not confirmed AND a payment confirmed mail back to back
On either of this ocasions, the payment goes through and i can check the payment is on paypal, but in the store, the order status is waiting payment whicch makes my buyers not able to download the product(s) they bought.
Also (seems related but not sure how), after that, the customer is unable to login to the site or request a password reset - i have to do this manually through administration.
Any ideas?
