Update:

Responsive skin is based on the skin templates that you use, if you have based your site on the Gravity skin then this is replaced during the upgrade by a responsive skin. Solution copy the gravity skin and containers, rename them, select the new skin and containers in your site prior to upgrade, this will ensure that you retain the original skin for your site. Again this only applies to the Gravity skin and probably affects only a small number of people.

Regarding The ProductList Action Menu to add a new product, this breaks when the DNNFriendlyURL mode is set to "advanced" in the web config, currently to workaround this you will need to set this to humanfriendly. Dave and I have reported this to DNNCorp and the promise has been made by DNNCorp to look at this issue. To recap the issue...
When DNN 7.1.2 or greater is installed, and the DNNFriendlyURL Mode is set to "advanced" in the web config the ProductList Action Menu titled "Add Product" returns a 404 error. If you change the DNNFriendly mode to "humanfriendly" the issue is resolved.

This problem appears to be related to the url re-writer not handling the url parameter correctly for the action menu:

An example URL which breaks:
http://www.MyDomain.com/Products/ctl/AdminProduct/mid/476/ProdId/0/RtnTab/94/PageIndex/1/CatID/-1?SkinSrc=/DesktopModules/NB_Store/Skins/Dark/Edit
When manually entering a url this works:
http://www.MyDomain.com/Products/ctl/AdminProduct/mid/476/ProdId/0/RtnTab/94/PageIndex/1/CatID/-1?SkinSrc=%2fDesktopModules%2fNB_Store%2fSkins%2fDark%2fEdit
Note that the parameters have the forward slash replaced by %2f

Additional Note:
If you change the Re-Writer modes while testing, it is recommended to completely clear the browsers cache and cookies.

If you change the Re-Writer modes and you site is already been indexed by search engines then you would be advised to request that these search engines re-index your site/s as previous links will have changed.

Regarding 7.2.0 and NB_Store
I have not at this time during testing discovered any other issues. But feel free to post any issues discovered here in relation to DNN 7.2 and NB_store.

Craig
