In the Portal/XX/LogFiles folder you'll find some logfiles, usually the gateways will produce a message in there on return fro the payment gateway, have a look and see if you can see anything.
I don't know the code of that gateway provider your using, so I can't really help much, but if it was working and then suddenly stopped then it must be something different coming from the payment gateway?????.....which would mean they've broken backward compatibility....usually this NEVER happens!!!
