Hello.
I've been checking any letter of the code, trying all possible combinations in clicking speed, with auto return or not, but the results are always the same:
summarizing, it seems that it's not possible to have for the same transaction both the correct return to the confirmation stage in the checkout page (tabid/##/stg/5/ordID/[ORDERID]) AND "Payment OK" (resulting from the correct IPN data exchange - tabid/##/stg/4/Default.aspx).
it seems to me that the store should have to find a way to wait a kind of consensus, a positive or negative feedback before moving the order in the next stage, or, at least, to have the procedure delayed of few seconds...
is there anyone else experiencing this same issue?
thank you
Pino

-
if you close quickly the transaction, clicking fast in paypal payment stage, one can more easily expect to be successful to be pleased by the "thank You..." checkout good return, but payment will be 'not ok'
-
letting all the time to the system, normally results in 'payment ok', along with the misleading empty checkout page with no order confirmation
it seems to me that the store should have to find a way to wait a kind of consensus, a positive or negative feedback before moving the order in the next stage, or, at least, to have the procedure delayed of few seconds...
