ok yep I see. It does look like there are problems in the DNN instance or in its configuration that were causing issues.
The store is generally reliable and doesn't have weird bugs (although DNN 7.2 is another story), so it's typically something else causing trouble... just not always easy to say what.
It looks fine now on your site... everything appears to be normal, and it's good to see the latest store styling fit right into the site.
If I run into problems I can't figure out, my normal method for debugging is to set up a second fresh application, confirm that it works, and then look for what is different.
Not sure about the webform issue, but if it won't work then consider setting up a fresh site and fresh store. It might be quicker and easier even if it takes a few hours.
