New Post: Emails Not Being Received When Order Is Placed

The addresses should not be the same address.

Check that, and also try sending email from something else in DNN such as the bulk email module to ensure notifications from the site are working. You can also try sending a receipt or shipping update from the order manager in the store.

Check the Event Viewer for any exceptions generated at the time the order is completed.

And if you have access to the email server, check the logs to see if the emails are bounced or anything.

And I'm assuming the orders are completed with status Payment OK etc
