The quick answer is NO.
Sorry this is one of the things that has not been implemented, we might decide to add this in v3, but for now your only option is a currency convert display. The main problem with that is that it will not go into the cart using the correct amount for that currency, so when you post to the bank it's going to be the unitcost in the BO, which could be wrong for your currency.
The trouble is that all payment gateways will need changing if we do implement this functionality, and because usually international companies have different stores running for different languages/currencies it's something that might not be adopted by NB_Store.
