Ok thanks. Invoicing people separately after the fact is fine, doesn't need ot be automatically routed to PayPal or another gateway.

I basically want to allow them to select items via the cart and submit them, then I will manually process the order, add shipping, cost and make the request for payment.

I just need to make sure it is clear to the customer that additional charges will apply for shipping.
