New Post: Form Validation no longer working.

I've replaced the address collector template with one from a working site. I've changed the skin to a skin of a working site. I've upgraded NB_Store to 2.3.8rel3 (from 2.3.5) I've disabled all js I can find on the page. I have checked for js errors on the page but have not found any.

Nothing has made any difference.
