New Post: Can't checkout with $0.00 (after using promotion coupon)

Hey team,

My store is selling PDF's for $5 each & we've got a promo coupon that allows you to get a $5 discount (a free PDF basically). The problem is when you've only got 1 PDF in your cart & the total goes down to $0.00 after the discount is applied. Everything works fine up until you click your payment method & get fowarded to the DPS payment gateway (pxpay).

Comes up with this error:

"Error

IU
An error has occurred. Please try again."

Seems to work fine when you have something else in your cart, its just when the cart goes down to $0.00 the error comes up. Should it bypass the payment altogether or what?

Can anyone shed some light? Couldnt find anything in the forum
