New Post: Add column to Admin Orders view?

I would like to add a calculated column to the Admin Orders view. Is there a template way to do this or other means that doesn't access code behind type code that needs to be compiled? I can modify a view or stored proc if need be to calculate the column if you can say which one it is, and then how to I get it to show on the web page?
