New Post: Phantom Shopping Carts

I'v got an issue where I'm getting a new cart created on one of my websites every 3 minutes.
No user registration, no products in the cart (nothing in cartitems table).

I'm running IISPeek on the server and there are no current requests.

When I look at the Order History, there are no incomplted orders.

Any ideas what may be causing this?
