Thanks for the answer. Would be nice if anyone of these people that got it working could publish some instructions... Do you know any of them?

The problem I mentioned two posts above is even worse: I tried to put a hardcoded link ("/de-AT/tabid/104..." - no token in it) to the minicart template - and it still injects the link to tabid 103... Any idea why?
