I solved my issue. in the path C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DNN7\Portals\0\localhost\dnn7_ExportProducts.xml there was an error. Beacause the \localhost\ folder didn't exist and the module was looking for it. I've simply created it and everything it's ok now. I don't know if it's a bug or i've made some errors.
