New Post: Where is dnn_ctrxxxx_ProductList_CategoryMenu_dlCategoryMenu generated

I'm trying to set up a category list so that it works in a responsive skin. I've already done this successfully in one other store, but this time dnn_ctrxxx_ProductList_CategoryMenu_dlCategoryMenu renders as a table instead of divs even though I've set options to flow. What have I missed?
