New Post: Delete ALL store contents (multiportal)

Hi
When I try to clear all products with the Host password I get an error that password retreival is not possible, so I changed in web.config so
enablePasswordRetrieval="true"
passwordFormat="Encrypted"
I still get an error on that its not possible to retreive a hashed password there so I can't clear the store.
DNN version 07.02.02
NB_store version 2.3.8

Is there an issu here or do I miss something.
If not possible have you any description on How i can clear the products directly in the database?
