Found solution myself: In the settingstab of the productlistmodule, you can choose another listheadertext template. So i copied the original listheadertext template and stripped all the stuff i didn't want to put there.

Another way might be using the 'featured' option on products in combination with the 'featured settings' of the productlistmodule.
