It looks like the it-IT one is not there!!...which is a disappointment, because we have a DNN connect conference in Italy next week!
You can try translating the resx file yourself. A good tool to do this is https://localizationeditor.codeplex.com/
If you do translation into it-IT please think about donating it to the project.
