I really don't know the process flow of this mobile payment system, so I'm not sure it can be integrated into NBStore!
NBS relies on the client being redirected to a payment page from the payment provider, then returned back after payment has been made. If stripe supports this kind of process flow, it might be possible to integrate it, if not then you'd need integrate a self confirmation page into your website...I don't; really know if that would be possible or not!.
