It depends on what your definition of affilation is!
If you mean you want to give a kickback to people that filter traffic/purchases through your site, then this is not covered in the scope of NB_Store, but I suppose a plugin module could be developed to do it.
If you mean you simply want affiliates to have cheaper prices, then you can use the dealer price/role.
