The calculate prices scheduler for NBS was turned off, I presume you've tried turning this on before? I've turned it back on!

But also your DNN "Purge Cache" scheduler is turned ON and running every 2 hours. The sales prices are stored in cache for performance, so I think this might be knocking items out of cache and hence you end up with a random looking sale price for product.
I've not changed this setting, because I was unsure of your server memory situation, but you could try turning this off and see if it solves the problem. I tend never to run this DNN scheduler on my servers, I wait on the APP pool recycle to clear cache, but I always make sure I have more that double my memory requirements on the server.
