there is nothing at a user/client level directly for prices. But you can create promotions at a role and user level. So you can setup products and then promotions that apply to different roles and then apply the role to each user or promotions for each user.
Go into BO>Promotions>cart Discounts, to getthe role based promotiuon.
However this will also leave you with an issue about displaying the price. But there is a category level discount by role, which I think will display a sale price token which you can use in the template to displace and normal price, but each category will then need to be link to each user!
I think you'll need to do some tests to see if this matches your requirements.
