That's the default skin included with DNN.

Pretty much any skin is compatible, but of course the appearance of the module doesn't necessarily suit all skins. One of the main tasks required of a person building a DNN site is to make all the modules look good in the selected skin.

There is one skin that has custom styling included specifically for NB Store:
