New Post: Templates not processing [Order:Email] token

Thanks again for the reply. Sorry for the confusion about the [Order:Email] token. I didn't see it in the help file, so I thought it didn't exist!

The checkout process works fine, we're not bypassing the address stage. Yes, the email address field at the top is populated with the user's info.

I've tried the [Order:Email] token again today, and it definitely does not work.

Since we're only allowing registered users to access the store, the [OrderUser] tokens will probably be good enough.
