New Post: Templates not processing [Order:Email] token

After reviewing the database, the [NB_Store_Orders] table contains NO values for the [Email] column when [PayType] = CHQ

Since we are ONLY using the CHQ PayType (via the Encapsulated Provider), I'm guessing this is a problem. :)

(There is one order which contains a value for [Email] -- PayType is blank and the OrderNumber is blank, but there is a value for OrderGUID. This record was probably inserted as I was figuring out how to configure the Gateways.)
