No do NOT install the pagelocalization module I mention onto a site where you've activated DNN localization!!
Just to clarify, DNN localization does not (AFAIK) create any sub-portals, it just duplicates every page, so it's "like" a sub-portal.
like I said, I don't use DNN localization so I'm unsure of the exactly procedure and name of what you need to do, but I recall a option where you can make DNN use the same module across all 3 languages, this is what you need to do. Maybe it's as simple as cloning the module on each language, but that does seem a little too much work, maybe there is an option in the setting to do this??
