New Post: Ciritical error when adding product to checkout or going to the checkout page

I've tried your suggestions with the following results.

remove all categories add a new test category to product - result: error

restore previous categories - Result: error

remove first option "Do you want Standard Size or Custom Made?" result: no error

recreate first option - result: error

remove last (18th) option - result: error

remove second to last (17th) Option - Result: no error

create 17th option with no Option Value - Result - no error

add 1 Option Value to 17th Option (displays as checkbox) - Result: no error

add a 2nd Option Value to 17th Option (displays as dropdown) - Result: Error

tried a few different variations of the option values and Option itself to see if there was conflict in naming - Result: error

removed option values from 17th Option - Result no error.

So clearly there appears to be an issue with the Option/Option Values placed in the 17th position. What I still can't see is why some products work fine and some do not.
