I'm no longer running any DPS sites here, but I'm pretty sure MartyNZ has it running.
http://www.codeplex.com/site/users/view/MartyNZ Drop him a note and see if he's having any issues with it on DNN6.
You can also check the store log in the portal folder and look for any further details at the time the error occurred.
DPS always say everything's fine at their end. I had bad returns every now and then, but was never able to pin it down. Generally it worked though.
