I just signed in again for a look but there weren't sufficient permissions.
Not sure why the button has vanished, but it would normally be due to stock, or that it has been placed in someone's basket. There are back office settings such as lockstockoncart that affect how stock is reserved.
Try adding another product and make sure it works.
