Yes you can change the colors.

It has an own css class: a.BuyButton Button

And you can change the properties of the class in the template 'stylesheetoverride.css'.
you can find the template 'stylesheetoverride.css' in the NBStore backoffice menu under tools - templates - products

If you use this template all defaultsettings won't change, only the ones you put in the 'stylesheetoverride.css'.
