New Post: Live store does not send order receipt to customer!!

I tested the demo store and it did send the order receipt (to merchant AND customer) but in the live store it doesn't. Needless to say its a BIG problem. No spam, valid email address, no error in log

DNN 7.3.4, NB_Store 2.3.8 Rel4

Can someone help?
