Hi Boren,

The language pack only caters for the module ( backoffice, other modules settings etc).
There are also a couple of command buttons, checkout also in the packs as well.

The labels that you are talking about are in the templates found in the backoffice > Utils > templates.

This is where you should be looking to change these language labels ...

backoffice > Utils > templates > Catalogue > Products > 'ListHeader.text' for the sort catalogue, page length etc.
