Just my thought on models and options.
It's been mentioned before about having stock on options, With the model solution we have an extra layer which often adds a benefit to the solution. However in this situation, although it will works, it does mean adding multiple models to give each variant that can happen, which in turn gives a unsatisfactory frontend display for the product.
@aplupcct, I can understand your point of view on the t-shirts, but in fact "Colour and Size" are a single model, with each colour and size having multiple combinations. You need to keep track of a single solid product when keeping stock.....which is actual a single t-shirt of "Colour" and "Size", that's how the t-shirt actually exist in real life, so while the word "model" might be a little confusing, it still is actually a "model" you need to keep track of.
I'm open to ideas on how we can improve the current confusion on models and options?
